Below we detail the special accommodation conditions with the measures adopted following the Safety regulations to deal with and prevent the spread of Covid-19:

It is mandatory for all guests to use surgical mask in the hotel's common areas, as well as in all spaces where it is not possible to maintain the stipulated security distance (1.5 m).

The minibar in all rooms will remain empty, but plugged –in for guests’ use.

The hotel will determine the capacity of the different areas, including access to outdoor swimming pool.

The hotel will provide disinfection points for guests in common areas.

Lifts capacity will be restricted to one person and the use of mask is compulsory. The elevators can only be shared in case of people from the same family unit and always with mandatory use of masks.

For the cleaning of rooms during the stay, rooms must be vacated by the clients, allowing access to the cleaning staff without the presence of the client in order to carry out the cleaning and disinfection protocols..

Rooms will not have amenities in order to act in accordance with the contingency plan defined for COVID-19. Clients needing any of the usual amenities can request a welcome pack at the reception upon arrival.

If you have booked an apartment, we remind you that: that the apartments are equipped with kitchenwear and lingerie, but ALL PERSONAL HIGIENE and CLEANIGN PRODUCTS (as well as cloths, sponges, scouring pads) must be provided by the guests.

The apartment will be disinfected according to the instructions of the health authority before the keys are handed over.

When the stay is over 7 nights, a general cleaning will be made as usual (after 7 nights).

You will be responsible for complying with the implementation rules inside and outside the establishment, and the staff may take measures in case of non-compliance with them.

The staff of our hotel has completed the relevant training courses for action against the Covid-19.
