CONDITIONS OF STAY, COVID-19 SPECIAL HOTEL LODOMAR ****

FROM 20TH SEPTEMBER, BOOK YOUR STAY IN OUR APARTMENTS IN SAN PEDRO DEL PINATAR!

Due to low hotel demand, we have decided to keep offering the possibility of staying in our tourist apartments from 20 September, 2020.

Tourists will still be able to enjoy their holidays next to the beach or business travels in an independent fully equipped apartment with a kitchen.

The conditions of the stay will be detailed below:

-The tourist apartments can be booked on a room-only basis or basic breaksfat ( including coffee with milk and a toast or a piece of bakery) served in the cafeteria. Our hotel restaurant will not be available.
-24 hour reception services will be provided, as well as maintenance service.
- The apartment will be disinfected according to the instructions of the health authority before the keys are handed over, and for longer stays every 7 nights, the apartment will be cleaned according to de standard housekeeping conditions.
-To minimize the exposure of our clients, the housekeeping stuff will only clean the apartment when it is empty.
-Sheets and towels will be changed every 3 nights as usual.
-Our apartments have kitchen equipment, bed sheets and towels but clients are reminded to bring their personal hygiene objects like shampoo, shower gel or soap and cleaning products (wipe, scouring sponge, detergent and etcetera).
- The payment of the stay will be made by credit card upon arrival or any other way that was agreed when the reservation was booked.
-At the moment of confirming the reservation, all our accommodation conditions here mentioned are accepted by our clients.
-It is imperative that our clients use facial mask at reception and bring all the ID cards or passports of the guests.
-Hotel rooms, Thalassotherapy Centre and public areas of the hotel will be closed until further notice. -
Lodomar Hotel will provide at the disposal of our clients protection measures like points of disinfectant solution and a glass screen at reception to encourage social distancing. Hygiene and cleaning regulations are enforced with Ministry of Health authorized disinfectants.
-Our hotel stuff has completed a training course in COVID-19 proceedings.
-You are held responsible for compliance with all the rules applied inside the hotel but also outside.

The hotel stuff can take measures whenever a breach of the rules may happen.
