LODOS DEL MAR MENOR, S.L. reserves the right to extend and modify unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration, and content of the website, as well as to temporarily suspend the presentation, configuration, technical specifications, and services of the website in the same way.

• In general, for any improper use of its website. Users must use it appropriately, in accordance with the previous conditions and terms, without the owner being responsible for improper use.

• Regarding possible technical deficiencies. LODOS DEL MAR MENOR, S.L. will not be responsible in any case for service alterations caused by failures in the power grid, data connection network, server, or any other service provisions.

The contracting and utilization of services with Lodos del Mar Menor S.L. (Hotel Lodomar Spa & Talasoterapia) implies the acceptance of these conditions, in which you declare and accept: to be of legal age (over 18 years old) and to have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered.

 

1. The reservation is guaranteed until 24:00 on the day of arrival. If you are going to arrive later, please call the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel may cancel your reservation.

2. Direct-payment reservations at the hotel must be guaranteed with a deposit prior to arrival according to the booking conditions. The remainder of the stay must be paid upon arrival.

3. It is essential to present the ID/Passport of all persons who will be staying at our establishment upon arrival, as well as to provide the necessary details of all guests during check-in (phone number or email, postal code, relationship, etc.).

4. The minibar in all rooms will remain empty, but connected to the power supply in case any guest wishes to use it.

5. The apartments do not have elevators and can be on the ground floor or first floor.

6. Child discounts are subject to proof of age upon arrival at the hotel (ID, family book, or passport).

7. Infant: 0 to 2 years old in a cot. Cot available upon request. It is necessary to confirm availability with the hotel at the time of making the reservation.

8. Child: 3 to 12 years old. They will always share a room with at least one adult.

9. The Hotel room is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.

10. The apartments have the following schedules: - High occupancy season (from June to September, both inclusive, Easter, May Bank Holiday, and Constitution Bank Holiday): from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. - Rest of the season: from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.

11. The apartments are equipped with kitchenware and linen, but ALL personal hygiene and cleaning products (including cloths, scourers, kitchen towels, sponges, etc.) must be provided by the guest.

12. The apartment will be cleaned before the keys are handed over. Sheets and towels will be provided and will be changed every 3 days. For stays longer than 7 nights, a general cleaning of the apartment will be carried out as usual after 7 days.

13. Special requests are not confirmed (room number, floors, location, bed type, etc.). They will be taken into account but are always subject to hotel availability.

14. The type of room reserved is indicated in your booking confirmation and will be assigned upon the client's arrival. If you wish a superior room or a room with a view, please check availability and supplements with the hotel.

15. The confirmed rate is valid for the number of nights reserved. In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the total stay.

16. For stays in apartments: the establishment reserves the right to hold an amount as a security deposit to cover potential damages. Once the condition of the apartment has been checked after departure, it will be refunded.

17. The Restaurant offers a buffet option. Drinks are not included in the meals. The hotel reserves the right to serve a set menu in the restaurant or in the cafeteria when the number of diners is fewer than 30. On 31/12 there will be no room service, and the cafeteria will remain closed from 19:00 for the welcome cocktail celebration of our special New Year's Eve Gala. There will be no dinner option unless the Gala is booked (compulsory for HB and FB reservations).

18. In case of booking treatments or packages that include Spa services, we inform you that:

- The hotel will automatically assign schedules at the time of making your reservation.

- If we do not receive any other indication from you, these will be the definitive schedules, and it is the client's responsibility to show up at the stipulated time, which will be confirmed at reception upon arrival at the hotel.

- The hotel will do its best to satisfy clients' requests, so it is important to communicate them to the Spa center as soon as possible.

- We remind you that a prior appointment is essential for all Spa services (including the circuit). Our spa hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, Sundays from 9:00 to 13:00. The spa will be closed on 25.12 and 01.01 due to holidays.

- To access the water area (Spa), the use of a swimming cap, flip-flops, and a swimsuit is mandatory. In addition, the use of swimming goggles is recommended due to the high concentration of salt in the Spa pool.

Payment Conditions

The establishment will send a link via email or SMS with the corresponding amount according to the reservation, to be paid via secure payment using the Caixabank PayGold service. The cardholder will have a maximum of 24 hours to authorize the charge on their credit card.
The hotel will request the remaining payment for the reservation upon arrival, accepting Visa, Euro/Master Card, Red 6000, and Maestro credit cards. The reservation is guaranteed with a credit card. In the event that the client does not show up at the hotel or cancels past the deadline, HOTEL LODOMAR will have the right to charge expenses (see cancellation policy).

* Standard Rate (payment at the hotel): The hotel will charge the first night of your stay in advance, depending on the season. Specified below:

 

· For Hotel reservations:

If your reservation is for a date between the following: (01/01/27 to 24/03/27 - 28/03/27 to 27/05/27 - 19/09/27 to 30/12/27): the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night starting 2 days before the arrival date.

If your reservation is for a date between the following: (25/03/27 to 27/03/27 - 28/05/27 to 17/06/27 - 29/08/27 to 18/09/27): the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night starting 3 days before the arrival date.

- If your reservation is for a date between the following: (18/06/27 to 28/08/27) the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night starting 5 days before the arrival date.

 

 

· For Apartment reservations:

- If your reservation is for a date between the following: (01/01/27 to 24/03/27 - 28/03/27 to 27/05/27 - 19/09/27 to 30/12/27): the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night starting 2 days before the arrival date.

- If your reservation is for a date between the following: (25/03/27 to 27/03/27 - 28/05/27 to 17/06/27 - 29/08/27 to 18/09/27): the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night starting 5 days before the arrival date.

- If your reservation is for a date between the following: (18/06/27 to 28/08/27): the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night starting 7 days before the arrival date.

 

 

ATTENTION SPECIAL POLICY FOR DECEMBER 31 RESERVATIONS IN HOTEL AND APARTMENTS:

The hotel will charge 100% of the amount for the night of December 31 starting 15 days before the date. This amount will be non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. You can cancel your reservation free of charge 2 to 4 days before the day of arrival if you book the Hotel, and 2 to 7 days if you book an Apartment. Always subject to the conditions included depending on the season, and provided you have not chosen the non-refundable rate.

2. If you cancel your reservation outside the free cancellation period, the hotel will have the right to charge 100% of the first night.

3. No Show and Unexpected Departure: The hotel will charge 100% of the unused stay.

4. Any modification of the date, number of nights reserved, or number of guests may result in a change in the rate.

 

For treatment reservations:

- Notice given at least 24 hours prior to the service time: no charge.

- In case of no-show, 100% of the service will be charged. For treatments already included in the accommodation package:

- In case of no-show or requesting a change of time or date with less than 24 hours' notice, the center does not guarantee availability.
